What
is a compatible cartridge?
A compatible cartridge is an alternative product to replace an original
product. Compatible product will fulfill the same purpose as the original.
For example, most people do not use the same brand of tires that their
car came with; they are using a compatible tire with the same specifications.
"Compatible
cartridges" may contain either "100% or 60% new components"
or state "new and recycled components." DaVinci Reprographics provides
cartridges that can exceed the O.E.M. cartridge by as much as 50% on

What
is a remanufactured cartridge?
A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been manufactured from
new and recycled components. It has been "rebuilt" to match
the exact specifications of the "original" or better. In many
cases, OEM cartridges actually contain "recycled" or "recovered"
materials; information that is listed in fine print somewhere on the packaging.
For general information, there are a growing numbers of OEM companies

What
is an OEM?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. A company that manufactures
a product and sells it under its own brand name is an O.E.M. For an example,
HP or Epson will manufacture the product and assign a unique part number
to that product. They would be the O.E.M. of that product. DaVinci Reprographics

NO! Your manufacturer cannot void your machine's warranty for using compatible
or remanufactured cartridges other than their brand. It is in violation
of antitrust acts and it is illegal. For more information, please consult

Yes! And we encourage it! We provide free shipping labels that you may
