UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.  If you require your product to go to a P.O. Box you will receive it in 3-5 business days via United States Postal Service.

     Shopping online is a convenient and easy way to obtain great deals.  The computer industry has dramatically changed since the existence of e-commerce.  Consumers no longer have to settle for high prices and low inventory from local sellers.  There is only one disadvantage to mail order-- Shipping Costs.  With the existence of auction companies and search engines, many companies are deliberately deceiving customers.  On these search engines, companies are listed in order by price.  The outcome is that they lower their prices on the product to obtain better position on the search engine and mark up shipping costs to make a profit.  

Refused Shipments:
     The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we receive the product.

     If you refuse shipment, your shipping will still not be refunded, it will only delay your credit for your purchase. On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of course, if the shipment is a result of an PCMicrostore.com error, we will issue a credit for all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to Davinci Reprographics. If through no fault of Davinci Reprographics the shipment is refused, we will charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee.

PAYMENTS

     We currently accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.   There will be no surcharge for the use of credit cards, and your card is not billed until the day the product is ready to be shipped.   Cashier’s checks, and money orders are also acceptable for payment.   Make checks or money orders payable to Davinci Reprographics and send along with your order to:

CANCELLATION
--------------------

    If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, there is no charge involved.   If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to notify us of your intent to cancel and we will only charge you for the shipping charge of  the order.  If delivery is attempted, you will need to refuse the parcel; once it is received back into our shipping department and processed we will make the shipping adjustment to the order.  The difference will be credited to your account upon receipt of the refused product.

REFUND

Dear Customer,
     Here are some guidelines to return the memory and peripherals only. For product warranty, OTACOM will always responsible for shipping the package to you while you are responsible to return it. We are not responsible for lost or damage returned package. Please send with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, insurance is highly recommended.

     REFUND policy: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and 10% restocking fee is apply to ALL refund. In general, the credit or refund MUST be requested within 7 days from the receipt date. After 7 days, credit will be issued from the original price or the market value whichever is lower AND less 15% restocking fee. Otherwise, the product can be replace or exchange for warranty.

**Refund:
1. Please return the items in original package with a copy of receipt/invoice.
2. A note describes the situation and requests for refund. We will credit to your account immediately when we receive the items. 
3. Mark "attention: REFUND" on outside of the package.

SALES TAX

BACKORDER POLICY 

      The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.

     We regret that we are unable to provide estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered products either via our web site, e-mail or telephone.
